On 28 November 2025, representatives of Semurg Insurance attended the Labuan Industry Dinner 2025, hosted by the Association of Labuan Banks (ALB).

The event marked the 35th Anniversary of the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (Labuan IBFC) and brought together key stakeholders from across the financial services industry.

During the evening, the Semurg Insurance team had the opportunity to engage with representatives from Labuan FSA, industry participants, and strategic partners, further reinforcing relationships within the integrated Labuan ecosystem.

The dinner was also attended by YB Lim Hui Ying, Deputy Minister of Finance, whose presence underscored the Malaysian government’s recognition of Labuan IBFC’s important role in the national economy.
